Crimson Training Solutions uses a combination of Agile and the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology as the cornerstone of all product and services. The ISD process includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Evaluations are embedded in each of the five phases for judging the value or worth of that process while the program activities are “forming” or happening. Agile models often involve a selection of learners in development – making it easier to validate content and adjust incrementally based on iterations and feedback prior to wider distribution.
